SDKs - KetaPay Docs

Server SDKs call the API with your secret key. Browser SDKs open the checkout on your page and take no keys. They’re all open source, MIT licensed, and on GitHub.

The API is in beta with design partners and may still change. Install the beta tags shown on each page.

Server

Every server SDK covers every endpoint, with the same names, errors and behaviour.

Node.js

@ketapay/node. Node 18+, Deno, Bun and edge runtimes.

PHP

ketapay/ketapay-php. PHP 8.1+, no dependencies.

Laravel

ketapay/ketapay-laravel. Laravel 12 and 13, webhooks as events.

Browser

JavaScript

@ketapay/checkout. npm or a script tag, no dependencies.

React

@ketapay/react. A button and a hook, React 18+.

What every server SDK does


Retries	Network errors, `429` and `5xx` are retried twice with backoff, reusing the same `Idempotency-Key`
Idempotency	Every `POST` gets a key automatically; pass your own to tie it to your order
Errors	One error class per type, each with `code`, `param`, `statusCode` and `requestId`
Pagination	Iterate a list to walk every page
Webhooks	Signature verification against the raw body, with two secrets while rotating
Customer tokens	Calls that need one refuse to run without it, before anything is sent
Logging	Never logs keys, customer tokens or bodies
