A WooCommerce payment gateway built on the PHP library. Requires PHP 8.1, WordPress 6.6 and WooCommerce 9.0 or later. Source on GitHub.

Set up

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > KetaPay escrow.
  3. Paste your secret key from the KetaPay dashboard (Developers). Start with an sk_test_ key: no real money moves.
  4. Save. The plugin registers its webhook with KetaPay and fills in the signing secret.

How orders follow the escrow

Webhooks arrive at POST /wp-json/ketapay/v1/webhook, verified with the PHP library. Each event is applied once per order, in any order. Moving escrowed money needs a one-time code. The store’s API key alone can’t release or refund anything, so a stolen key can’t move money.
